I know it’s been a minute since The Together Experience happened back in September, but I’ve been wanting to share about my time there!
Together will hold a special place in my heart–I’ve attended both years and have been on the planning end of things a little bit. Oh, and we have been a sponsor both years, so it’s been a wild ride!
My favorite part of The Together Experience this year were the breakout sessions. I had two of the best (in my opinion), Monti and Ben, as my mentors. The very first day we focused on how to speak about your brand. Truthfully I’ve been trying to perfect my elevator pitch for three years, and the discussion we had really helped me.

What I took away most was this community I have. I have seen a few Portland local attendees since the event and even worked some events with some of the attendees like Kristi with Blooming Bloggers (I also got to shoot some content for her!). I feel like I’ve made connections that will last and overall, I have a bigger community to cheer on (which in turn gave me a bigger community to cheer me on).
I can’t wait for next year! Will you be attending The Together Experience?
